From 1986 she worked at the Odesa Food Industry Technical School as a laboratory assistant in the practical training room. From September 1991 to April 1993 she worked as a compressor unit operator (grade 3) at the Odesa Machine Tool Plant, and improved her qualification to grade 4. From April 1993 she worked as a technician-mechanic for the maintenance of refrigeration and compressor machines at LLC “Mahistral”, and in February 1994 left at her own request. At the same time, from September 1991 she worked as a laboratory assistant at the Odesa Technical College on a part-time basis, and from February 1994 she was transferred to the position of Head of Practical Training (work placements and training). Since August 1994 she has been a lecturer of specialised refrigeration courses.
