In accordance with the Cooperation Agreement between the Agro-Industrial Holding “Myronivskyi Khliboprodukt” and the Separate Structural Subdivision “Odesa Technical Professional College of ONTU”, distance learning professional development courses were organised and held for the employees of the Agro-Industrial Holding “Myronivskyi Khliboprodukt”.
The courses ran for the past 10 months for three groups of trainees under an approved training programme. The course programme comprised: “Theoretical Foundations of Refrigeration and Compressor Machines”, “Refrigeration and Compressor Machines and Units”, “Repair, Installation and Operation of Refrigeration and Compressor Machines”, “Automation of Refrigeration and Compressor Machines” and “Refrigeration Equipment and Technology”, with a total course volume of 60 hours. The following lecturers of the Subject Committee for Specialised Refrigeration Courses were involved: Berkan Ir.V., Selivanov A.P., Petushenko S.M., Berkan Ih.V. and Bryhadyr L.H.
The Subject Committee developed a thematic plan, the course programme, and tests for ongoing monitoring of knowledge acquisition and for the final assessment of the course trainees.
After the distance learning courses ended in all three groups of trainees (39 in total) and the final assessment was held, the management of the SSD “OTPC ONTU” issued certificates of the established form on professional development to all trainees of the “Myronivskyi Khliboprodukt” holding.
This was an experience that professionally enriched both the College's lecturers and the employees of the Agro-Industrial Holding.
