On 31 October, the classroom in which groups 1-HKh-05, 1-KV-13, 1-KB-06 and 1-FB-06 had their lessons turned into a real lair of witches and ghosts — a place with the mysterious atmosphere of Halloween, filled with pumpkins, spooky stories and English traditions!
During the lesson “Spooky Halloween Lesson!”, the students demonstrated not only their knowledge of the history, traditions and symbolism of Halloween, but also incredible creativity, quick wits and team spirit!
During the lesson, the students:
presented the spookiest and most creative Halloween costumes;
matched words and their meanings related to Halloween (witch, ghost, pumpkin, trick-or-treat);
solved themed riddles and crosswords in English;
played the “Ghost Game” and showed great acting skills portraying characters from horror films;
A special highlight was the game The Brave Throw — “Throw of Courage” — in which the students followed the best Halloween traditions and showed real drive!
The event brought a sea of positivity, good mood and even more love for the English language and the festive traditions of English-speaking countries. May such lessons inspire new discoveries and friendly victories!
