On 13 October, during their measurement and design practical training, students of group 3МХ-60, accompanied by their industrial training instructors, visited the State Enterprise "Odesa Regional Centre for Standardisation, Metrology and Certification".
The purpose of the visit was to deepen professional knowledge and to introduce students to the practical aspects of measurement, metrological support and quality control.
During the visit to the enterprise, the students were shown how measuring instruments operate, including instruments for measuring pressure, temperature and flow rate, as well as testing equipment and metrological systems. The specialists explained the principles of their operation and the specifics of their use for taking measurements and monitoring specified parameters.
Particular attention was paid to the importance of measurement accuracy, the correct use of instruments and compliance with regulatory requirements in professional activity. The experience gained helped the students better understand the practical application of the knowledge acquired during their studies.
The knowledge obtained will be useful in carrying out practical tasks and in future professional work.
