On 23 September 2026, a joint meeting of the regional methodological committees of history lecturers and lecturers of social disciplines and law was held on the ZOOM platform. The meeting was attended by 35 lecturers representing 24 professional pre-higher education institutions of the Odesa region. The event was moderated by Puhachova N.O. (Head of the Regional Methodological Committee of History Lecturers) and Myroshnychenko V.O. (Head of the Regional Methodological Committee of Lecturers of Social Disciplines and Law.
Lecturers of SSS “OTPC ONTU” took part in the meeting - Viktor Myroshnychenko, Maksym Dzhabrailov, Oleksandr Muravskyi, Raisa Spirzhenko.
Agenda:
1.1. Discussion of organisational issues and approval of the work plan for the 2026-2027 academic year, election of the methodological committee’s active members and of the organising committee for preparing and holding the Olympiad.
1.2. Review of the instructional methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on teaching history and social disciplines in the 2026-2027 academic year.
1.3. Section: Improving the professional competence of lecturers: from a lecturer’s work experience. Topic: Workshop “AI in the Hands of a Lecturer: From a Prompt to Ready-Made Teaching Material”. Speaker – Kozhyna O.H., lecturer of SSS Odesa Automobile and Road Professional College of the State University “Odesa Polytechnic”.
