Today students in specialty 181 Food Technology of the Separate Structural Subdivision "Odesa Technical Professional College of ONTU" took part in the “STUDENT SCIENCE WEEK” at the K.A. Bohomaz Educational and Scientific Technological Institute of the Food Industry, at Odesa National University of Technology.
As part of the event, a presentation was given by the company Puratos LLC. The Belgian company "Puratos" has representative offices in 81 countries of the world, including Ukraine. It specialises in producing raw materials for the bakery and confectionery industries: margarines, mixes, sourdoughs, fillings, chocolate products and more.
Today also saw the ceremonial signing of a cooperation agreement between the university and the company. We hope that this collaboration will be fruitful and successful.
The company presented bakery products made using a technology developed by its specialists. The event ended with a tasting, which gave great pleasure to all the participants!
