On 14 October 2026, the XIX All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists and Students with International Participation, "Problems of Forming a Healthy Lifestyle among Young People through the Lens of the Sustainable Development Goals," was held at Odesa National University of Technology. Oleksandra Burdeniuk, a student of specialty 181 Food Technologies, presented a report entitled "Food Product Labelling as a Source of Information for Consumers: Current Requirements and Trends." In her report, Oleksandra addressed topical issues of informing consumers, compliance with the legal requirements for food product labelling in Ukraine, and the problems that arise in this area.
It was especially pleasing to see among the speakers a graduate of our college, Svitlana Firsova, who is now continuing her studies at the university. She presented a study entitled "Innovative Methods of Producing Marmalade and Pastille Products."
Such meetings are inspiring and make it possible to see how our students and graduates grow, deepen their knowledge, take part in scientific activity and move confidently forward.
