On 13 November 2024, a webinar on “Development of the IT industry in wartime” was held for students of the Computer Systems Division, highlighting the challenges and prospects of the industry in crisis conditions. The speaker was Denys Popkov, Head of the Career Guidance Department of the Centre for Marketing, Advertising and Career Guidance Activities of Odesa National University of Technology. He shared up-to-date information on opportunities for development in the IT sector, the current requirements for specialists, and promising career directions for future specialists.
Such an event enabled students to gain a deeper understanding of the realities and challenges facing the IT industry and to prepare for their further professional path under today's challenging conditions.
