Marking the 120th anniversary of Ivan Bahryany's birth, students under the supervision of A. Ye. Kopylova carried out a creative research project dedicated to the life and work of the outstanding Ukrainian writer. Students of groups 2MKh-61, 2KV-13, 2ML-01, 2TT-28 and 2TKh-82 took part in the project.
What would Ivan Bahryany write if he lived in the 21st century and had his own Instagram page? What thoughts would he share with his followers?
These were the questions the students sought to answer by creating virtual Instagram profiles for the writer.
Within the project, they studied Ivan Bahryany's biography, work and worldview, developed thematic posts and stories, and tried to convey his convictions and life principles in the language of modern social media.
The project was an opportunity not only to deepen knowledge of Ukrainian literature, but also to see the figure of the writer in a new light, whose ideas of freedom, human dignity and indomitability remain relevant today.
For true literature has no statute of limitations, and a writer's voice can resonate across the centuries!
