On 7 May 2024, students of the final-year groups of the college's Economics Division attended an online training on the topic: "Specific Features of Graduate Employment in Modern Conditions" given by a leading specialist of the Odesa branch of the Odesa Regional Employment Centre, Eleonora Bondarieva. The organiser of the training was the economics lecturer Olena Shymko.
The topic of the training was not only relevant but also extremely important for graduates preparing to enter the labour market. During the training, Eleonora Bondarieva gave the students practical advice that will help them cope effectively with a job search and build a successful career.
Particular attention was paid to developing communication skills and preparing for successful interviews, and to writing CVs and motivation letters.
The training proved to be not only informative but also useful: it helped the graduating students of Odesa Technical Professional College to form an idea of the real challenges and opportunities awaiting them in the labour market and to receive valuable advice for successful employment.
