On 20 September 2024, a training session titled “My Talents in My Profession” was held for students of group 2OB-06/2FB-04, led by a specialist of the Odesa branch of the Regional Employment Centre, Eleonora Bondareva.
The aim of the event was to help students better understand their abilities and talents and to determine how these qualities can be used in their future profession. During the training, the students had the opportunity to:
• Assess their strengths and talents through special exercises.
• Discuss professional requirements, comparing them with their own abilities.
• Learn about the resources offered by the employment centre for job searching and career development.
Eleonora Bondareva emphasised the importance of personal development and self-knowledge as key factors in building a successful career. The students actively took part in discussions, asked questions and received individual recommendations for further development.
The training was not only a useful but also a motivating experience for the participants, which helped them better understand their own capabilities and directions for development.
This event was an important step in preparing students for the realities of the modern labour market and helped them form a clear vision of their professional future.
