On 6 May, at the initiative of lecturer Serhii Vasyliovych Irychenko, students of the Separate Structural Subdivision “Odesa Technical Professional College of ONTU” visited two museums of I. I. Mechnikov Odesa National University — the Mineralogical and the Zoological.
The exhibitions impressed with their variety: from collections of minerals and crystals to rare marine animals, birds and a whale skeleton. Some groups visited the museums together with their group tutors, for whom the excursion was also interesting and useful.

Such excursions have important educational value — they broaden students’ horizons and foster a love of science and respect for cultural heritage.
