Today the introductory training placement was completed for students of specialty 181 “Food Technology” on the EPPs “Production of Bread, Confectionery, Pasta and Food Concentrates” and “Innovative Food Product Technologies”.
During the placement, the students became familiar with the organisational structure of bakery and confectionery enterprises, as well as catering establishments. In particular, they visited the canteens of the “Bila Akatsiia” (White Acacia) guesthouse, the restaurants “Seged” and “Dacha”, and a canteen at an educational institution, where they saw the storage facilities, production workshops and the organisation of service for guests. The students also visited LLC “Odesa Bread Factory No. 4”, where they were able to see modern bakery production.
The training placement ended with a credit test, which all students passed successfully.
