Students of groups 2 KH-10 and 2 TKh-80 of the Separate Structural Subdivision "OTPC ONTU", under the guidance of lecturer Komar N.M, held a literary celebration " Poetry is always uniqueness, some immortal touch to the soul..." dedicated to the brilliant talent of the outstanding Ukrainian writer Lina Kostenko, a master of the word and laureate of the T. H. Shevchenko State Prize. In her multifaceted work, the best traditions of Ukrainian folklore, classical literature and the present day have been formed; the civic stance of the artist, her worldview and aesthetic ideals are reflected, embodied in artistic form.
She is a whole epoch in Ukrainian literature, a symbol of the indomitable spirit. She speaks the truth – without embellishment, without fear. Her poetry about love and life resonates in every heart. Lina Kostenko reminds us that we are not just people – we are part of a great history.
The students recited the great poet's poems from memory and told interesting facts about her life and creative path. There was a warm and pleasant poetic atmosphere. Thanks to all the students for their active participation.
Lina Kostenko's work is very relevant today. And, it seems, with each year her voice becomes even more important.
