On Wednesday, at the Subject Committee for Food Technology and Chemistry, a class hour introducing the specialty was held for first-year students of specialty 181 “Food Technology” in the educational and professional programme “Innovative Technologies and Catering Management” (group 1HKh-05).
During the meeting, the students learned about the prospects for the development of the food industry, discussed the role and duties of a technician-technologist and a chef, and also understood what opportunities their chosen profession opens up for them.
