On 12 September, lecturers of the Food Technology and Chemistry committee Diakova T. V., Shvets L. I. and Deviatiarova L. I. held an integrated lesson-excursion for students of groups 1 TKh-82 and 2 TKh-81 on the topic: "Chemical and Biological Processes Around Us" (an excursion to the park). The aim of the class was to introduce students to the natural chemical and biological processes occurring in the environment, to develop the ability to observe, draw conclusions and explain natural phenomena from the standpoint of biology and chemistry, and to foster environmental awareness and a caring attitude to nature. At the end of the class, each group presented the results of its observations, considered which processes turned out to be the most interesting and unexpected, and came to the conclusion that nature is a laboratory where chemical and biological processes constantly take place.
